Location Data (Precise & Background): We collect precise location data to support official duty reporting, attendance verification, field operations, and location-based task management. Location collection may occur in the background when enabled for operational duty tracking. You can enable or disable location access at any time through your Device Settings.
Camera & Photos: We request camera access to allow you to capture evidence, attach photos for incident/task reporting, or scan QR codes within the Application.
Address Book / Contacts: If enabled, we may access contact phone numbers to assist with team connectivity and task assignments. Contacts are used strictly within the Service and are never sold or misused.
Device Identifiers & Technical Data: Hardware model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (IMEI/UUID), IP address, network carrier, and diagnostic logs are collected for device verification, security, and access control.

2. Usage Data & Diagnostics

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Application. This includes information such as app crash logs, performance diagnostics, feature interaction frequency, and time spent on specific modules to help us maintain system integrity and stability.
